Last updated: 9 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use the Rapid Key Locksmith website, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies.
Our commitment
We aim to make our website easy to navigate and understand for everyone, so that every visitor can find information about our locksmith services and contact us without barriers. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA wherever we can.
Accessibility features
Our website has been designed with accessibility in mind and includes:
- clear and simple navigation, with one main heading per page
- readable fonts and strong colour contrast
- alternative text for meaningful images
- keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline on links and buttons
- support for screen readers and other assistive technologies
- a phone number you can tap to call on every page.
Ongoing improvements
We review our website regularly to improve accessibility and usability. As standards and technologies evolve, we will keep making improvements where we can. Some content provided by third parties, such as our Google reviews widget, may not be fully accessible, and we will choose accessible options wherever they are available.
Requests, issues and suggestions
If you find an accessibility issue on our website, or if you need information in another format, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
